Senel Campos Valverde launched the Don Senel Micromill in 2014 in Costa Rica’s Brunca region. He began with Finca La Toboba and expanded to include additional farms such as Las Huacas and El Cola Roja. Senel is focused on quality-driven microlot production, tracking fermentation variables like Brix and pH to refine his processes.
